Joe has been involved in Dimartino Ice since he was a child.  His grandfather Art started the business and now his uncle Ernie runs it.  He is currently enrolled in our in house apprenticeship program.  Joe has been carving since 2003.  He continues to draw inspiration for carving from his uncle Ernie, Dick Alford, Robert Higareda, and many other established carvers.

2006 Medina Ice Festival
