Jared has been involved in DiMartino Ice since he was a child, the company was started by his grandfather Art and is now run by his uncle Ernie.  He is the chief in house ice carver for the company, doing over 300 carvings a year.  He started carving in 2000.  Jared has become a more skilled carver through practice and careful attention to what his mentors, Ernie DiMartino, Robert Higereda, Richard Alford, and Mark Masterangelo have taught him.

3rd place and a Bronze Medal at the 2008 World Ice Art Championships in the abstract category, 4 man team event.
